Pulse Aruba designed mini retreats with different topics to inspire body,
mind and soul.

These will take about 5 hours Inc. Lunch.
A blend of activities can be offered depending on age, questions of
desires. If you have a suitable venue, we even can come your way.
A combination outdoors and indoors is possible when you create your
own group.
Monthly Retreats will be announced with different topics:
 The Generous precious moment
 The point of stillness
 Sound and frequency
 Healing Journey
 Heart brain coherence
 Revealing and intuitive painting
 And more upcoming topics are coming soon

The program offers:
Quantum yoga, activation slow moving techniques, breathing and
relaxation techniques,
tools and insights, DNA activation,
Tibetan Sound bowls, guided meditation.
The retreats are designed as a unique inner journey directed to inner
peace, harmony aligned with body, mind and spirit.

Revealing:
discover- uncover- declare- point of re-view- creating -manifesting flow

Revealing is designed by Pulse Aruba, a brand new, joyful, outdoor
activity,
for all ages. Step by step you will be guided to a new experience in
connection with Aruba’s beautiful nature and its elements.
It is uplifting our awareness, elevating emotions, boosts
well-being, inner strength peace.
This activity is designed for everyone who likes to connect with
the elements of nature and just want to try something completely new.
By holding a special, long flexible, transparent veil in the wind a process
of releasing stress and expanding our being, starts effortlessly within us.

Many layers of awareness: The body, emotional body, and mind
are moved in harmony alignment.

By lifting the veil during different free style (follow the flow) postures
of the body, the grounding with the earth and nature’s elements starts.
It brings us like magic straight in the precious present moment.
In no time, the mind becomes calm. Many people experience this

as a kind of meditation in action. Just feeling, experiencing and being in the now.
Many elements can be explored through the veil: earth, wind,
light (the sunlight but also the shadow), sea, sky, horizon and much more…
Here we can create. It is all about catching the moment.
Like a kind of painting in the moment with the veil activated by the wind.
The activity Revealing has two components.
 - Being active with the veil and the elements,
 - and catch the moment with your camera/phone. Become the
observer, artist.
This is why, during this activity, it is reinforced by making pictures.
See what and which flow & visions you can receive.
During the revealing session you can decide for yourself according to your own energy and
experience when you want to be the observer or be active with the veil. It is super to have
some pictures with yourself in this experience to remember, later you can look back on this
experience with yourself in a moment of empowerment.
This activity represents action and stillness (witnessing) at the same time.
Revealing can be an expression for inner flow and direction, freedom,
peace. It’s up to everyone’s process and intention.
Energy flow goes where the intention goes.

The Revealing Activity will be on one of Aruba’s beautiful beaches
and will take about 2 hours.

Quantum Training

 

 

At Pulse we designed a special course and named it: The Quantum training.
After 35 years teaching different yoga styles, we discovered that people today need more tools and
insights.
The Quantum Training is a blend of Yoga, meditation, and integral Body mind soul activation. different
moving cycles to synchronize our being. Every class will have at the end a guided relaxation and
observation moment.
This unique Training offers many practical tools and insights, self-scan self-healing techniques.
This class is recommended specially for people who want to expand their body, mind and soul awareness
effortlessly with joy. From age 16 till 80+
Topics: Point of Stillness, heart brain coherence, sound & frequency, The present moment etc.
Group sessions are given at Pulse Aruba. Max.10 people
You can create your own group of friends /family if you like and we can schedule a session.

Meditation course Inner Journey
Finding our point of stillness is nowadays not easy in these turbulent times we are
living in.
During the meditation classes we offer a wide spectrum of insights and techniques
in which everybody can sense, experience and feel which technique suits them the
best.
.
The quieter it becomes in our brain, the brainwaves will become more harmonious.
At Pulse we guide people gently into the theta brainwave, hereby we offer
soundwaves
on the background. In the last years many scientific studies have been done about
the effects of meditation.


Joe Dispenza is a big inspirator and pioneer in this field and works together with
the heart Math institute who also offers Heart brain meditation “You have to dare
to become no one, nothing, in no time and space”. Detaching: the ego, the I and me, the mind
control, and its programs. Some people call this connecting with nothingness, and some call it
connecting with the all-Oneness.


If we can synchronize the brain into peace and harmony the autonomic nervous
system will easily balance itself. Only in this state of body mind resonance can we
heal, reset and or re-program ourselves, back to our authentic being as it is
encrypted in our unique blueprint. If we enter this state, we go behind the mind.
This is where the body, emotions and mind are calm.


Our thinking stops and knowing comes in effortlessly. A connection can be
experienced with the higher self, soul identity, intuition and inner wisdom.
Being able to enter this “state of being” we can connect directly with the Quantum field, the
